Prices are for the property per week in euros. Discounts may be available for lets of 2 weeks and above.

Major Congress weeks in 2008
 - Cannes Film Festival (12 days): 4,500 euros
- MIPIM: 2,250 euros
- MIDEM, MIPTV, LIONS and MIPCOM: 1,650 euros
- TAX FREE, MAPIC and Others: 1,500 euros

Booking notes:
- Letting Periods are Saturday to Saturday, unless by prior arrangement
- 30% non-refundable deposit on booking
- Remaining 70% 1 month before arrival date, or at booking, whichever is earliest.
- Flat and contents deposit: 500 euros, payable 1 month before arrival date, or at booking, whichever is earliest.
- There is a small charge for cleaning before your stay (approx 50 euros). Further cleaning can be arranged during your stay.
